The PRS has solid detente for the adjustments. You can set them and they won't move or come loose. The only minor thing about the Gen 3 PRS is angled slightly on the bottom. The older Gen 1 and Gen 2 were flat on the bottom. It is personal preference. I don't mind the angled bottom. I find it rides a bag very well.

No adjustable comb and no adjustable LOP but you can install it with different spacers to get close on LOP if you need it long. It looks nice too, I think they copied the style of a Barrett.     • I would definitely consider it great for a Varmint rig etc but not the best choice of these for a dedicated precision rig Magpul PRS- I believe mine is the Gen 3. Everything is solid. It is heavier than the previous options if that matters. My choice for a Precision rig is the Magpul. The XLR is solid and right there with the Magpul if you want the weight savings etc.
